Hola, hoy te quiero contar cómo los videojuegos no solo me entretuvieron, sino que también me enseñaron a ser un mejor emprendedor. 🎮✨

Desde chico, los videojuegos fueron parte de mi vida. Mi mamá nos los fomentó a mí y a mi hermano, y así empezó todo. ¿Te acordás del Family Game? 🕹️. Ese fue mi primer contacto. Después vinieron las salas de arcade, como el viejo Sacoa (para los más grandecitos/as). Épocas oscuras, literalmente: lugares llenos de humo, máquinas sucias y juegos diseñados casi exclusivamente para varones. Ver una chica en una sala de arcade era casi un milagro. 😅

Con el tiempo, todo cambió. Los juegos se diversificaron, las salas se iluminaron y se llenaron de colores, y las mujeres empezaron a ser parte de este mundo. ¡Por fin! 💃🎉

Los videojuegos como escuela de vida 🎮📚

¿Sabés qué me encanta de los videojuegos?. Que no sos solo un espectador, sos el protagonista. 🎬✨ En una película, los personajes ya tienen su personalidad, pero en los juegos, vos podés customizarlos, hacerlos un reflejo de vos mismo/a. Eso me atrapó desde el principio.

Y aunque muchos ven los videojuegos como un "vicio" o una distracción, te voy a contar cómo, sin darme cuenta, me enseñaron habilidades que hoy aplico en mi negocio. 💼🚀

Lecciones que aprendí jugando (y que vos también podés aplicar) 🕹️💡

1. Resiliencia:

   • "En los videojuegos, morís mil veces antes de ganar. En los negocios, es igual: cada equivocación es un aprendizaje, es feedback." 💪

   • ¿Te frustraste porque no te salió algo?. Yo también. Pero los gamers no se rinden. Volvemos a intentarlo, una y otra vez, hasta que lo logramos.

2. Trabajo en equipo:

   • "Jugando al CS o al Valorant aprendí que, sin un equipo coordinado, no se gana. Lo mismo aplica en mi negocio." 🤝

   • Cada miembro del equipo tiene un rol, y si no trabajamos juntos, no llegamos a la meta.

3. Gestión de recursos:

   • "En juegos como Resident Evil, aprendí a optimizar recursos para sobrevivir. Hoy, aplico eso en la gestión de mi tiempo y mis talleres." ⏳💼

   • Si no tenés los recursos, tenés que ser creativo para sacar el máximo provecho de lo que tenés.

4. Recompensas:

   • "En los juegos, cada logro te da una recompensa: una skin, un arma nueva, un nivel más alto. En mi negocio, me premio después de un día intenso: salir con amigos, ver una serie o jugar un rato." 🎁✨

   • Celebrar los pequeños logros es clave para mantener la motivación.

5. Inspiración:

   • "Jugar al Assassin’s Creed me enseñó que, a veces, hay que saltar al vacío y confiar en que encontrarás una solución. Eso me ayudó a dejar el trabajo bajo relación de depencia luego 13 años y emprender, incluso cuando no tenía todas las respuestas." 🦅🔥

   • A veces, el éxito está del otro lado del miedo.

6. Habilidades blandas:

   • "Los juegos grupales me enseñaron a convivir con todo tipo de personas: el egocéntrico, el que no es tan hábil pero siempre ayuda, el que se enoja pero te impulsa a mejorar. En los negocios, es igual: hay que dejar los egos de lado y trabajar juntos." 🎯🤝

7. Innovación:

   • "Jugando al Minecraft, aprendí que no hay límites para la creatividad. Eso me inspiró a crear servicios innovadores y a pensar fuera de la caja." 💡🎮

Do you know what I love about video games? You’re not just a spectator; you’re the protagonist. 🎬✨ In a movie, the characters already have their personalities, but in games, you can customize them, make them a reflection of yourself. That hooked me from the start.
